Olivar 8 Space

These stables, which later served as a lamp warehouse, have been converted into a multidisciplinary space for holding events. This was the challenge faced by the interior designer Mar Vera of Welcome Design in the Espacio Olivar 8. The project -with an extension of over 300 m2- has managed to maintain the industrial essence of the original premises by recovering the wrought iron columns, the floor, the old sign on the facade or the loading bay at the entrance.

The successful interior design has included contemporary elements such as the cocktail bar, whose fronts have been clad by Alvic with Anniversary Oak 02 and 03 by Syncron, to give warmth to the whole thanks to the textured wood of this technology.
