"Modular Home" Space

This project redefines the concept of the urban home by imagining a living, changing home that is emotionally connected to its inhabitants. Conceived as a response to the new ways of living, this house proposes a flexible and functional architecture, capable of adapting fluidly to the needs of everyday life, without renouncing design or wellbeing.

Through a system of strategically designed modules, not only the floor space is optimised, but also the vertical dimension, a coordinate often forgotten in the design of urban interiors. Thus, the space is articulated from the three-dimensionality: width, length and, especially, height, to multiply the habitable cubic metres without losing visual lightness.

In this transformable environment, ALVIC materials play an essential role. The Pigments Collection, inspired by the primary colours of nature, provides a lively palette that awakens the senses and generates atmospheres of harmony and energy. In perfect harmony, the Olmo 01 design, in Syncron technology, introduces the warmth and authenticity of wood through a highly realistic textured finish, which connects the space with the organic and the sensorial.

This flat is much more than a home: it is a declaration of principles on intelligent eco-design, aesthetic versatility and the emotional experience of living. A proposal that looks to the future without losing its natural roots.
