Modular Home
ALVIC creates its MODULAR HOME space, the modular residence made with the brand’s panels and sustainable components, designed by architect Héctor Ruiz Velázquez. ALVIC volumes make up the home – Kitchen, Office, Bathroom, Library, Gym, etc. – making the most of its m3.
A space built in a modular and fully adaptable way
This home responds to a new reality, in which it will be possible to change forms without much effort. Creating a multifunctional residence with living, changing spaces, awakening the inhabitant’s senses on a daily basis. With these modules, we make the most of the home’s m3. They will be structured based on the three-dimensionality of the space in width, length and, especially, height; one of the least used coordinates in the design of apartments in the city. This apartment is an example of eco-design intelligently articulated to meet our needs. The chosen designs belong to ALVIC’s new Pigments Collection. It journeys to the origin of colour in nature, seeking to contribute vitality and create spaces of wellbeing. Alongside the Olmo design in Syncron technology, that brings the warmth and naturalness of wood, with great realism in its textured finish.
