After years of research and development, Alvic presents the new generation 3.0 of Zenit. Our team of experts has perfected our supermatt lacquer technology launched in 2014, achieving an innovative surface with unparalleled resistance and silky touch.
The supermatt without limits
This new generation 3.0 is present in Zenit, the benchmark in supermatt lacquer with an irresistible silky touch, and Zenit Eco, the most ecological supermatt solution with 70% recycled material.
In addition to its renowned properties: silky touch, anti-fingerprint, sustainable, antibacterial treatment, durable, it now includes improvements to create a supermatt lacquered surface without limits.
Thanks to the technological improvements of the new generation 3.0, Zenit offers a higher surface resistance to scratches and high resistance to abrasion, allowing its application both horizontally and vertically. Its unique process ensures maximum color stability, and its microscopic surface structure allows for low light reflection, achieving a supermatt finish.
Higher scratch resistance
Engineered to withstand scratches of up to 5 newtons, our supermatt lacquered surface offers unrivalled quality. This superior resistance ensures that the material maintains its flawless appearance even in heavy use environments.
When tested to EN-438.2, a rigorous industry standard, our surface proved its ability to withstand a pressure of 5 newtons without damage.
High abrasion resistance
Developed to withstand up to 350 abrasion cycles, our supermatt lacquered surface sets a new standard for durability and strength in the market. The advanced technology used in its manufacture ensures that each abrasion cycle is endured without compromising the integrity of the material, in accordance with the standard EN 14322.
The surface remains intact, maintaining its supermatt and silky finish, making it an ideal choice for demanding, heavy daily use applications.
Easy cleaning
Our supermatt lacquered surface resists stains, providing easy cleaning that simplifies daily maintenance and prolongs its useful life. The stain resistance means that accidental spills of liquids such as coffee, wine, oil, and other common household products will not damage the surface.
For quick and effortless cleaning, we recommend using a damp cloth, and for tougher stains a melamine sponge.
