Discover all the properties of the new generation 3.0 of Zenit by Alvic
ALVIC presents the new generation 3.0 of Zenit, our silky touch, anti-fingerprint supermatt lacquered surface launched in 2014. With this new generation, we want to revolutionize the world of interior design once again.
Zenit 3.0 is the result of years of research and development by our innovation team. With their work, they have managed to perfect our iconic supermatt lacquering technology, achieving unprecedented resistance and feel. In addition, this new generation also applies to our Zenit Eco technology, our most ecological supermatt solution with 70% recycled material.
With Zenit 3.0 we offer higher surface scratch resistance and high abrasion resistance, allowing its application both horizontally and vertically. In addition, we ensure maximum color stability, and thanks to its microscopic surface structure that allows for low light reflection, we achieve a supermatt finish. It should be noted that our lacquering process is 100% ecological, which means that no volatile organic compounds are emitted into the atmosphere.
Thanks to these exceptional characteristics, our material is perfect for vertical and horizontal applications. Its resistance to wear and its ability to maintain an impeccable appearance make it an ideal solution for all types of environments, where durability and design are important.
Discover the reasons why you should choose Zenit 3.0
In addition to its renowned properties: silky touch, anti-fingerprint, sustainable, antibacterial treatment, and high resistance, we have added improvements to create a supermatt lacquered surface without limits. These are:
Higher scratch resistance: up to 5 Newtons
Developed to resist scratching with a pressure of up to 5 newtons, with our Zenit 3.0 technology we offer unmatched quality. This superior resistance ensures that the material maintains its impeccable appearance even in high-traffic environments. The advanced lacquering technology not only provides exceptional protection against mechanical damage, but also preserves the elegance and supermatt finish that distinguishes our products.
When subjected to the standard EN-438.2, a rigorous industry standard, our surface demonstrated its ability to withstand a pressure of 5 newtons without damage.
High abrasion resistance
Developed to withstand up to 350 abrasion cycles. This surprising ability to withstand daily wear and tear without deterioration translates into a long service life, making the new Zenit 3.0 generation an ideal choice for demanding applications as the surface remains intact, preserving its supermatt and silky finish.
Easy cleaning
Resists stains, providing easy cleaning that simplifies daily maintenance and prolongs its useful life.
Maximum color stability in over 60 designs
Zenit 3.0 ensures maximum color stability, guaranteeing that colors remain unaltered by the passage of time and light. Its technology also ensures color between batches. We have more than 60 designs available, including a wide range of solid colors, stones, metallics and woods.
Suitable for horizontal and vertical applications
The technological improvements in our surface make it a product suitable for vertical and, for the first time, also horizontal application. Its high resistance to scratching and abrasion make this material perfect for different applications such as tables, desks, paneling, kitchen and bathroom furniture, and cabinets.
As you can see, all the reasons described above make our Zenit 3.0 by Alvic technology the best solution in supermatt lacquered surfaces on the market. What are you waiting for to incorporate it into your projects?
