ALVIC receives ‘Best of the Best’ award at Interzum 2025 for Zenit 3.0, its unique super-matt lacquer technology
This international recognition rewards ALVIC's continued commitment to excellence, innovation and quality.
20 May 2025
ALVIC, a leading Spanish company in the manufacture and distribution of panels and components for furniture and decoration, has been distinguished with the prestigious ‘Best of the Best’ award at Interzum 2025 for its innovative Zenit 3.0 solution, the new generation of its silk-touch, anti-fingerprint, super-matt lacquered surface.

This international recognition, awarded by a jury of design and innovation experts, rewards ALVIC’s continued commitment to excellence, innovation and quality. The prestigious award for the best products recognises innovation, design, quality and sustainability in the furniture production and interior decoration sector.
Zenit 3.0 is the result of years of research and development by the company’s R&D team, which has perfected its unique super matt lacquer technology, achieving unprecedented levels of resistance, feel and finish.
Zenit 3.0: A super matt lacquered surface without limits
Zenit 3.0 offers increased surface scratch resistance and high abrasion resistance, allowing it to be applied both horizontally and vertically. Its unique process ensures maximum colour stability, and its microscopic surface structure allows low light reflection for an unlimited super matt finish. In addition, its lacquering process is 100% environmentally friendly, which means that no volatile organic compounds are emitted into the atmosphere.
Thanks to these exceptional characteristics, this material is perfect for vertical and horizontal applications. Its resistance to wear and tear and its ability to maintain a flawless appearance make it an ideal solution for all types of environments where durability and design are important.
A Sustainable Stand That Gains a Second Life
ALVIC presents all these innovations in a stand designed by architect Héctor Ruiz Velázquez, which reflects its sustainability philosophy. The space, located at Stand E-071, Hall 6.1, and open for visitors until May 23rd at Interzum (Germany), has been developed using the company’s own sustainable surfaces and a reusable modular concept, giving it a second life after its appearance at the Maderalia 2024 fair (Valencia). This reuse is part of the company’s “Eco-Design” process, which places care for the planet at the core of every innovation.

The stand, built with surfaces such as Luxe (high-gloss lacquer), Zenit 3.0 (super matte lacquer), and Syncron (textured), stands out for its use of recycled materials and wood fibers sourced from certified forest stewardship programs. All products are 100% recyclable, aligning with ALVIC’s circular vision.
New 2025 Collections: Inspired by Art and Tradition
At Interzum 2025, ALVIC is unveiling its new decorative collections—born from a creative process that merges conscious design, innovation, and a deep understanding of global trends. These collections look to the future while honoring the brand’s legacy, paying tribute to the company’s 60 years of experience.

The launch features six exclusive collections — Art Collection 50s and 70s, Nogal Rosales, Atempo-Murillo, Alhambra, Lino, and Moonlight — all inspired by natural materials, art, and tradition. Each collection has been carefully developed by ALVIC’s innovation team to offer decorative solutions at the forefront of design.
These new proposals stand out for their balance of aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. They are designed to create spaces with character, where elegance, authenticity, and color coexist.
