Space “The GreenHouse Club”

Impar Capital’s space inspired by the ‘Gentlemen’s clubs’, creates a bar with the aroma of wood, tobacco and leather, which makes you travel to those elegant gentlemen’s clubs, where music, play, and conversation are the protagonists of a space designed to rewrite history.

The Impar team in charge of making this space a reality relies on Alvic surfaces to bring it to life. They have selected the Syncron Woodline 03 wood design, an elegant, linear wood in dark tones to cover the walls and provide warmth, and the Sierra 02 design, which recreates a polished marble in intense green tones, in its high gloss Luxe lacquered finish, on the front of the furniture and fireplace.

Grupo Impar returns to Casa Decor and in this case as main sponsor, lending the building on Sagasta Street for this edition, a reference in the Spanish real estate sector, noted for its focus on the rehabilitation of historic buildings and its commitment to high quality projects.
