"Apéro" Apartment

This renovation of a 99 m² flat was born from a clear premise: to create a centripetal space, designed to gather, connect and celebrate. A place where social life – from an apéritif to an intimate dinner – flows naturally and elegantly. Under this idea, the design is articulated through strategies that enhance spaciousness and spatial continuity, without losing warmth or functionality.

The heart of the project is an L-shaped, fluid and welcoming environment that envelops visitors in an enveloping sequence of carefully measured textures and proportions. An oak wood panelling, present around the entire perimeter, embraces the space and integrates a continuous bench more than five metres long, which acts both as a generous seating and invisible storage solution.

The choice of materials is reduced to the essentials to reinforce visual coherence. Only one design has been used to unify the central area: ALVIC’s Zenit technology in Gris Nube finish, which brings balance, sophistication and a delicate neutrality. This soft tone becomes the perfect counterpoint to the wood, allowing the light to flow and each element to breathe without stridency.

The result is a contemporary and timeless flat, where design and comfort dialogue in perfect harmony. A space where each aesthetic decision responds to a lifestyle: warm, social, intelligent.
