The modular kitchen is born in Spain
Alejandro Rosales founds the company MADETRES in Vic (Barcelona).

ALVIC is founded in Alcaudete (Jaén)
It becomes the first factory in Spain and Southern Europe to produce furniture components.

MKIT is born
Own channel of warehouses specialised in the sale of kitchen, bathroom and wardrobe components to professionals in the Spanish market.

Viforming launch
Coated and postformed panel with medium pressure decorative laminate (CPL) on both sides. Innovative and very competitive product.

Ofitrés is born
Ofitrés is founded in Vic (Barcelona), dedicated to the manufacture of kitchen furniture in FLAT-PACK for the DIY channel and the manufacture of office furniture.

Euroforming launch
The result of our capacity for innovation is a panel coated with decorative HPL laminate on both sides.

Expansion in the European market
MASCO Corporation acquires Grupo ALVIC.
