ALVIC and Marisa Gallo at Marbella Design 2026: surfaces that transform interior design

At ALVIC, we remain committed to cutting-edge design and collaboration with leading professionals in the sector. Our participation in Marbella Design 2026 has been a key opportunity to showcase how our decorative surfaces are integrated into high-end interior design and contemporary architecture projects.

Together with interior designer Marisa Gallo, we have created one of the fair’s most striking spaces: an experiential auditorium that became a meeting point for architects, interior designers and designers.

Marbella Design 2026: a benchmark for design and interior design in Spain

Marbella Design has established itself as one of the leading showcases for design, interior design and architecture in Spain. At this year’s event, over 150 firms and industry professionals presented innovative proposals in a setting where creativity and materials take centre stage.

In this context, the space designed by Marisa Gallo stood out for its ability to foster interaction, becoming one of the event’s most vibrant hubs.

An experiential auditorium designed to inspire

The project was conceived as much more than just a stand. This auditorium was designed as an immersive space aimed at fostering connection, dialogue and inspiration among industry professionals.

During the fair, it hosted talks, meetings and round-table discussions, establishing itself as a key venue for the exchange of ideas on the future of interior design and architecture.

The combination of lighting, sound, home automation and interior design created a unique sensory experience, where every element contributed to an enveloping and welcoming atmosphere.

ALVIC surfaces: key to the interior design of the space

ALVIC surfaces played a fundamental role in the aesthetic and sensory construction of the project.

The auditorium was clad in the Luxe surface in the Cameo shade, used in the panelling to provide visual continuity, elegance and brightness. This type of solution is ideal for wall cladding projects in high-end interior design.

The main entrance, finished in Pompei Red, served as a striking visual element, whilst the side entrances combined Luxe and Zenit finishes, creating a contrast between glossy and matt surfaces. This interplay of textures added depth and dynamism to the overall design.

Inside, the design was completed with furniture also crafted from our decorative surfaces, reinforcing the aesthetic coherence and chromatic intensity of the space.

Interior design with identity: Marisa Gallo’s vision

As the interior designer explains:

“We wanted to create a very real space where people can gather, converse and where ideas and stories emerge. The intention was to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere where visitors enjoy spending time. In this narrative, ALVIC’s surfaces have been fundamental in building an environment with personality and the power to move people”.

Her approach highlights the importance of materials in interior design, not only from an aesthetic perspective, but also an emotional one.
