ALVIC at Marbella Design 2026: an auditorium to be experienced, not just visited
From 19 to 29 March, Marbella Design 2026 will once again transform Marbella into one of the major showcases for contemporary interior design. And this year, at ALVIC, we wanted to go one step further.
Our participation comes courtesy of architect Marisa Gallo, who has created a very special project: an auditorium conceived as an immersive experience where design, technology and materials interact to create more than just a space… a place to connect.
A space designed to inspire, share and connect
Far removed from the traditional concept of an exhibition stand, this auditorium was conceived as a meeting place. An environment where ideas flow, conversations arise naturally and visitors become an active part of the experience.
From the very first moment, the project plays with expectations. Before entering, a monumental screen acts as a transition and maintains the mystery of the interior, inviting visitors to discover what lies within.
The entrance: a journey that sparks curiosity
Access to the auditorium is no accident. Three entrances — one central and two side entrances — set the pace of the journey.
The exterior façade, crafted from our surfaces, uses Zenit in the Cameo shade to create depth and elegance from the very first glance. The main door, in Luxe Rojo Pompei, acts as a powerful focal point that draws visitors in.
On either side, the side entrances combine Luxe and Zenit finishes in a striped composition where the contrast between gloss and matt creates a play of light and shadow in constant motion.
An immersive interior with its own distinct character
Once inside, the space is completely transformed.
The auditorium is panelled in Luxe Cameo, creating a seamless, sophisticated and immersive atmosphere. Every element has been designed to reinforce this feeling: even the tables, crafted from Luxe Rojo Pompei, add a sense of dynamism thanks to their high-gloss, mirror-effect finish.
The technology—high-quality image and sound—complements the experience without being intrusive, helping to create an environment that invites you to linger, chat and enjoy yourself.
Materials that tell stories
For Marisa Gallo, the role of materials has been key:
“Working with ALVIC’s surfaces has been fundamental to crafting the narrative of the space. Their materials allow us to develop highly expressive and sophisticated projects, which is essential for creating an immersive experience like this.”
This project demonstrates how our surfaces not only fulfil a technical function, but are also capable of creating identity, emotion and narrative.
Marbella Design: the perfect setting
Participating in Marbella Design 2026 represents a unique opportunity for ALVIC to further strengthen our international positioning and showcase the creative potential of our materials in high-profile projects.
As Laura Alarcón, Product Manager at ALVIC, points out:
“It is an ideal setting to demonstrate how the technological innovation of our surfaces integrates into architectural proposals with a strong aesthetic narrative.”
An invitation to experience design
This auditorium is not just an exhibition space. It is an experience. A way of understanding how design can move, connect and transform.
If you visit Marbella Design this year, we invite you to discover it for yourself. Because there are projects that cannot be explained… they must be experienced.
